We used to recruit Chinese plasterers
for an Irish construction company. Following our usual routine,
we posted AD on local hottest newspapers and HR websites. And then
we recieved about 100 resumes.Amongst those candidates we picked
out 50 most qualified, some of whom have ever been working in Singapore
and Israel for years, and possessed aboundant of overseas work and
living experience as well as good languange capabilities. After
interview, the Irish employer told us that the quality of this batch
of candidates was so good and totally out of his expectation, and
finally 40 persons were recuited this time.
